I am currently a postdoc at the College of Fisheries and Ocean Sciences at the University of Alaska Fairbanks, working with Steven Dykstra and Andy Mahoney. The focus of my work here is sea ice-ocean interactions, with particular intrest in the influence of the ocean on the stability of landfast sea ice.
I recently completed my Ph.D. at Scripps Institution of Oceanography, where I was advised by Grant Deane. The title of my thesis was ``The release of air bubbles and other small-scale processes at the ice-water interface of marine-terminating glaciers”. Some of the chapters have not yet turned into published papers, but reach out to me by email if you would like a copy of the thesis!
